In the estate of Janet Anne Gundry late of Amaroo Village Buckley Caring Centre, 60 Stalker Road, Gosnells in the State of Western Australia, Claims Processor—Health Insurance, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 May 2024, are required by the executrix, Josephine Sacino, c/- HFM Legal, PO Box 2124, Broome WA 6725, to send particulars of their claims to her at HFM Legal of PO Box 2124, Broome WA 6725 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
