I, michelle andrews, chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the environmental protection act 1986 (“the act”), acting pursuant to section 20 of the act, hereby delegate all my powers and duties conferred or imposed by— a. regulations 4, 5(1), 8, 9, 10, 14 and 19 of the environmental protection (cost recovery) regulations 2021 to the holders for the time being of the office of the executive director, environmental protection authority services and director, environmental protection authority services, both of the department of water and environmental regulation; and b. regulations 11 and 12 of the environmental protection (cost recovery) regulations 2021 to the holder for the time being of the office of the executive director, compliance and enforcement of the department of water and environmental regulation.
