Alistair Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates all powers and duties under specified regulations of the Environmental Protection (Cost Recovery) Regulations 2021 to various office holders within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 65 dated 24 September 2024 is revoked.
