Any person with claims as beneficiaries (to which section 66 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) of the estate of the Keith Charles Deimel late of 366 Poinsettia Street, Tom Price, Western Australia who died on 26 July 2015, must provide particulars of their claims to the trustee of the estate care of Tang Law, Level 3, 12 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia 6000, Tel: (08) 9328 7525 within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
