In the matter of david andrew thomas vella, late of 28a adair avenue, mount nasura, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the decreased, who died at kalamunda hospital campus, kalamunda, western australia on 23 february 2022, are required by the executor, pinyaporn vella care of tang law, level 7, 12 st georges terrace, perth, western australia, tel: (08) 9328 7525 to send particulars of their claims to tang law by the 2 october 2023, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
