Market rules made by the minister for energy. I, mr reece whitby, minister for energy for the state of western australia hereby give notice of market rules made in accordance with regulation 7(5) of the electricity industry (wholesale electricity market) regulations 2004. These market rules may be cited as the wholesale electricity market amendment (cost allocation reform) rules 2024 and are to commence.
