Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby limit the speed of all motorised vessels five (5) knots within the following area—west island—all the waters adjacent the west island rumah baru port facility bounded by the west island shoreline, the northern side of the access bridge, the shore of the reclaimed island, and a line from the northernmost point on the reclaimed island to the location of the port no. 2 marker at approximately 12°09.335′s, 96°49.844′e; thence to the location of the starboard no. 1 marker at approximately 12°09.311′s, 96°49.829′e, thence due west to the shore of west island. All coordinates based on wgs84.
