Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice MA401 as published in the Government Gazette on 1 May 2018. Harvey Channel: All those waters of the Harvey Channel as marked by navigation markers and limited in the north-east by the port and starboard approach beacons at 32°36.018′s, 115°40.454′e and 32°36.066′s, 115°40.545′e respectively and limited in the south by the port and starboard beacons at 32°36.533′s, 115°39.632′e and 32°36.536′s, 115°39.727′e respectively. All coordinates based on GDA94.
