Amends racing and gaming regulations by deleting regulations 17E, 26 and 26A, and amending regulations 71, 72 and 76.

These regulations are the racing and gaming regulations amendment regulations 2019. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; part 2 comes into operation when the betting tax assessment act 2018 part 8 division 2 comes into operation. Deletes regulations 17E, 26 and 26A. Amends regulations 71, 72 and 76.
