The council of the Shire of Carnarvon resolved on 26 July 2022 to make the following local law: This local law is cited as the Shire of Carnarvon Public Places and Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2021. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. Clause 5.5 of the principal local law is deleted and replaced.
