These regulations are the road traffic (administration) amendment regulations (no. 2) 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the road traffic (administration) regulations 2014. After regulation 7(2)(t) insert: (ta) the person designated as general manager under the western australian sports centre trust act 1986 section 12(1), or a person appointed or employed under section 11(1) of that act nominated by the general manager to the ceo.
