These regulations are the Road Traffic (Administration) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal; the rest on the day section 4 of the Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 comes into operation. These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Administration) Regulations 2014. Regulation 23 is amended, updating penalties for sections 62B(1), (4) and (5), 62C(1), 64AA, and 64AAA.
