Shire of Boddington Local Planning Scheme No. 3 comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The following Scheme is revoked— Local Planning Scheme No. 2 gazetted on 21 February 1997. The Shire of Boddington is the local government responsible for the enforcement and implementation of this Scheme.
