At a meeting of the Boddington Shire Council, held on 16 July 2019 it was resolved that the fees and charges specified hereunder be imposed for the 2019/20 financial year within the Shire of Boddington in accordance with the provisions of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911.
