In my capacity as minister for commerce and acting pursuant to section 85 of the Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Act 2011, I designate Kristin Anne Uta Berger as building commissioner for a term of one year commencing from the date of this instrument. This instrument may be amended or revoked in writing by the minister for commerce. All previous designations made under section 85 of the Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Act 2011 are revoked.
