Mandatory Vaccination Rule for Racing Personnel
Implements mandatory COVID-19 vaccination rules for racing personnel licensed or approved by Racing and Wagering Western Australia.

Notice is given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 10 January 2022 resolved to make and adopt rules of racing within the RWWA Rules of Thoroughbred Racing 2019, RWWA Rules of Harness Racing 2004 and RWWA Rules of Greyhound Racing 2008 regarding mandatory vaccination for licensed or approved personnel. Fully vaccinated individuals must have received at least two doses of a registered COVID-19 vaccination and a booster vaccination. The rule comes into effect on 5 February 2022.
