Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24/02/2024, are required by the personal representative David Alan John c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, po box 1114, morley, wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims to him by the 13/07/2024, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
