In the estate of Mark Steventon late of 57 Stinton Street, Mandurah, in the State of Western Australia, carpet cleaner, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 10 december 2024 are required by the personal representative Rose Steventon c/- Greenstone Legal, po box 744, west perth, western australia, 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days from the date of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
