These regulations amend the Criminal Injuries Compensation Regulations 2003 and the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005 to allow for electronic processes in court proceedings. A compensation application may be made and given to the Chief Assessor by means of the electronic case management system. Witnesses may produce records electronically.
