Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) knots within the following area—location—those waters of the Swan River bounded by the shoreline and a line commencing at the end of the groyne at 31°58.087′s, 115°50.720′e (approximately 130 metres south-east of the pwc launching ramp); thence to 31°58.027′s, 115°50.664′e (approximately 140 metres north-westerly); thence to the end of the groyne at 31°58.013′s, 115°50.685′e (approximately metres 45 north-easterly). All coordinates based on gda 94.
