It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Bunbury Local Planning Scheme amendment on 10 May 2017 for the purpose of amending Scheme text in the table under Schedule 2—Special Use Zones at No. 53 under the column headings “Special Use(s)” and “Conditions”.
