It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the city of bunbury town planning scheme amendment on 12 august 2017 for the purpose of— (a) amending the scheme text by deleting ‘special use no. 22’ provisions from the table within ‘schedule 2—special use zones’; and (b) rezoning lot 37 nuytsia avenue and lot 656 barr road, carey park, bunbury from ‘special use zone no. 22’ to ‘development zone—residential’ as depicted on the scheme amendment map and amending the scheme maps accordingly.
