Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Lorna Cashman of [contact details redacted], and previously of [contact details redacted], who died on 28 March 2025, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Linda Said, care of Owen Legal, po box z5580, st georges terrace, wa, 6831, by 27 october 2025, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
