Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late John Shearer of [contact details redacted] 16 July 2025, are required to send particulars of their claims to the administrator, Stirling Owen of Owen Legal via PO Box Z5580, St Georges Terrace, WA, 6831, by 11 August 2026, after which date the administrator may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
