Pursuant to section 38(7) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the Shire of Waroona is hereby approved as a local government to which subsections 38(6) to 38(18) of that Act apply.
Related notices
Requires landowners in the Shire of Waroona to conduct fire prevention work by November 30 each year and maintain it until April 30 the following year.
Approves rezoning of land parcels in Waroona from Rural 5—Darling Range to Rural 1— General Farming and Rural 8—Hills Landscape Protection.
Enacts the Shire of Waroona Meeting Procedures Local Law 2020 to govern council and committee meetings.
Cancels notice MA401 regarding water skiing area at Waroona Dam.
