In the estate of Iona Fane Wall late of 30 Bay Road, Claremont, Western Australia, Home Duties, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 24 April 2023 are required by the personal representatives Helen Margaret Kirov and Lois Anne Mehan c/- Greenstone Legal, PO Box 744, West Perth, Western Australia, 6872, to send particulars of their claims to them within thirty days from the date of publication, after which period the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
