Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 18/12/2020, are required by the personal representatives Steven James Brown and Jacqueline Ann Brown c/- Lynn and Brown Lawyers, PO Box 1114, Morley, WA 6943 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 30/09/2021, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
