In the estate of Anthony Bruce Lyons late of 66 Hunter Street, Broome, in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 June 2025, are required by the executors, Richard George Smith of 6 Cranbrook Pass, Canning Vale, in the State of Western Australia, and Kenneth Brett Lyons of 18 Adisham Road, Maddington, in the State of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
