Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 25th day of october 2018 at albany in the said state, are required by the personal representative robert samuel roberts of [contact details redacted] their claims to david moss & co of p o box 5744, albany wa 6332 by the date one month following the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which he has then had notice.
