Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 3 october 2024 are required by the trustee to send particulars of their claims to the trustee at the office of their solicitor crystal lawyers, po box 8485 angelo st, south perth, wa 6151 by 30 june 2025, after that date the trustee will convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
