Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person who died on 30 may 2024 are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate being dawn kathleen burns sheely and wendy samantha burns, care of bechelet & co, 1/[contact details redacted] their claims to them within one month of publication of this advertisement, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
