Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 01 June 2001 and published in the Government Gazette dated 22 June 2006 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 31 May 2027.
