It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Armadale Town Planning Scheme amendment on 12 December 2019 for the purpose of— (a) rezone lots in Forrestdale from the Rural Living and General Rural zone and the Public Purpose Reservation to the Urban Development zone. (b) reclassify the Public Purpose Reservation in the locality bounded by Armadale Road and Keane Road to the Urban Development zone. (c) insert text in Schedule 8 Development (Structure Plan) Areas for the land bounded by Armadale Road, Keane Road and Bush Forever Site No. 342.
