October 2019 provisional rates for metropolitan regional areas based on diesel fuel costs. Rates are provided for various heavy vehicle types, including rigid trucks and prime movers, with different configurations. The rates are based on standard, tray-top vehicles and fuel consumption data released by the Australian Trucking Association. The rates do not set a minimum or maximum and provide general guidance.
