Notice of amendment to the instrument of delegation to committees of certain functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission, as gazetted on 21 February 2017 and as amended. On 28 March 2018 pursuant to section 16 of the Act, the WAPC resolved to amend the instrument of delegation to committees of certain functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission as gazetted on 21 February 2017 (and as amended), as set out in Schedule 1 below to give effect to this delegation.
