These regulations amend the Building Regulations 2012. They relate to bush fire performance requirements and applicable building standards for buildings and incidental structures located in bush fire prone areas. The regulations come into operation on 1 May 2021, except for regulations 1 and 2, which commence on the day of gazettal.
