Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 november 2018, are required by the executors, brett charles owen and dawn lee mitchell to send particulars of their claims to tolson & co solicitors, [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
