Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 may 2017, are required by the executors, simon christopher mcphee and noel edward harding to send particulars of their claims to tolson & co solicitors, [contact details redacted] 1 month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
