Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the administrator of the deceased’s estate being paul drew, care of lark lawyers, ref 2671, of po box 518, west perth, western australia, 6872, to send particulars of their claims to him by 1 january 2024 after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the administrator then has notice.
