The council of the City of Kwinana resolved on 23 February 2022 to adopt the Cat Local Law 2022. This local law relates to the keeping and control of cats within the district. It limits the number of cats allowed on premises without a permit, requires permits for catteries, and addresses cats wandering and creating nuisances.
