These regulations are the Commerce and Industrial Relations Regulations Amendment (Administration) Regulations 2018. Part 2 amends the Debt Collectors Licensing Regulations 1964, changing references from the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection to the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. Part 3 amends the Employment Agents Regulations 1976, making similar changes. Part 4 amends the Street Collections Regulations 1999, updating references to the Fair Trading Act 2010.
