Dangerous Sexual Offenders Regulations 2018
Sets the commencement dates for the Dangerous Sexual Offenders Regulations 2018 and prescribes the qualification for a qualified psychologist.

These regulations are the dangerous sexual offenders regulations 2018. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. For the purposes of the definition of qualified psychologist in section 3(1) of the act, the qualification of a master’s degree or higher in psychology is prescribed.
