Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29/08/2022, are required by the executors of the deceased's estate, being Paul John Dorosz Summers and Andrew Carew-Reid both care of Summers Legal, [contact details redacted] 6005, to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
