These regulations amend the Children’s Court Regulations 2008 and the Magistrates Court Regulations 2005. They relate to the CEO as defined in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Screening) Act 2020 section 5(1) and an officer assisting the CEO in carrying out a criminal record check as those terms are defined in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Screening) Act 2020 section 5(1).
