The Council of the Town of Port Hedland resolved on 23 February 2022 to make the following local law under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law amends the Town of Port Hedland Waste Local Law 2020, published in the Government Gazette on 11 January 2021.
