Made by the Minister under the Energy Safety Act 2006 section 14. This notice is the Energy Safety Levy Notice 2018 and applies in respect of the financial year commencing on 1 july 2018. The total amount to be raised by way of levy is $7 225 000. 67% is payable by electricity industry participants and 33% by gas industry participants. The levy is payable in quarterly instalments.
