Made by the minister under section 43. This order is the prohibition on fishing (west coast demersal gillnet and demersal longline interim managed fishery) revocation order 2023. This amendment comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which the amendment is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the clauses—on the day after that day. The prohibition on fishing (west coast demersal gillnet and demersal longline interim managed fishery) order 2018 is revoked.
