Pursuant to regulation 76(2) of the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014, Peter Woronzow, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport, specifies listed persons and bodies for the purpose of subregulation (1) of that regulation. Regulation 76 provides that a person is not required to pay the fee set out in Schedule 9 items 1 and 2 of the Regulations, to take or resit a theory test if the body administering the test is specified in a notice published under subregulation (2).
