These regulations amend the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012. Various regulations are amended, including regulations 4, 10, 11, 39, 122, 123, 126, 133, 134, 135, 152, 235, 239A, 240, 242 and 373. Part 7.10 Division 1 is deleted and Part 7.12 is inserted.
