These regulations amend the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012. Amendments relate to authorisations for taking children outside of service premises, transportation of children, displaying information about service ratings, and transitional provisions. Regulation 394(2) and 411(2) are amended, changing '2021' to '2023'.
